Tips for quick recovery from cough

Whenever my mil not feeling well, she will pop herself with Essence of Chicken and it will quickly recover. So she had been telling me about it and ask me to give Janelle, but you know i'm quite particular when giving Janelle adult food when she is small.Now, she is 5.. i'm no longer so particular, hence give it a try. Of cos, before i give her i did read up and the Essence of Chicken is an extract from chicken with caramel. No herbs, just chicken.
