Hope dr lee wei ling can spot something that kkh dr can't. And get Janelle recover soon.

精神分裂症？
Everynight I hate Janelle so much, I will scold her, smack her. Every day time I love her so much, I will sayang her, kiss her. I think she had made me till 精神分裂了。
Am sourcing for solution for this:
1. In the night, I will work n she will play in her playpen or walker in my study room and we will sleeep in the day time.
2. Totally ignore her, let her cry. But I scare she will fit or my mil will carry her away.
3. Any childcare service is for night time?

war with MIL
My MIL having cold war with us.. no more talking.. finally i feel the peace. she will go out early morning, and will only return home late at night to sleep.
she also stopped doing marketing for janelle and this house, now when my maid ask her to buy janelle's fish, she says "go and ask your mom to buy", when my maid ask her to buy chicken, she also says "go and ask ur mom to buy".. it's ok, it's alright.. now i will do my own marketing. I'm more happy to do so. think we should stop giving her the marketing money.. since now i'm doing my own marketing.
Guess once we get our punggol flat, she will ask us to move out.. think now, i better start to save abit more for renovation.. but.. heee, that's good, finally I can move out...

Daddy's Day
Today is daddy's day, and it is the first for kogan, but he went to KR early in the morning. So, he missed his first daddy's day with Janelle. :) nevertheless, Janelle and me bought a tray with 4 small pots of pant for him and was delivered to his office on friday. My intention was to let him have some pants around him when he work, help him to de-stress. but who knows, he brought it back home. :( wasted my effort.
Since janelle's daddy is not around, Janelle and mummy went back to ah gong house to celebrate father's day with mummy's daddy, and we had McDonald breakfast.. heee.. yes, is McDonald breakfast for everyone in the house include the maids. this year special, mainly is because janelle, so i make it gathering everyone in the house to have breakfast together.. this is the first time wor.

Pearl Powder
Janelle had completed a bottle of pheglm and airway medicine but she still having her cough.
2 days ago, i went down to chinese medical hall and got $30 of pearl powder for her. It was separated into 4 doses. according to my mom, it is meant to reduce pheglm. So thinking to give it a try. i gave Janelle a dose after i bought it. my mom advice not to give janelle to take everyday as it is a "cool" food, should be taken once every 3 to 4 days.
today is the 2nd day, and she had recovered from her cough. today didn't heard her coughing anymore.. :)
dough she had recovered from her cough, her daddy kogan is down with flu.. ai yo.. this house is full of sick people.

Quit mommy's hobby - reading blog
Seems i have Janelle, i fall in love with reading mother's blog, where i can find their exprience sharing and to expect what is the next milestone for Janelle.
But seems Janelle is sick, when i read their blog i feel very stressful and very worry. Especially now i see a 10 months baby (same age with Janelle) can now sit without support very well, can crawl, can stand... I feel the pressure.. and i will start asking myself where did i didnt do it right, where did i goes wrong.. or what happened to my girl etc etc... and ended up with sleepless night, worring for her.
Kogan ask me to stop doing this.. and i quit reading those mommies blog for a while as i forcusing more to my work and read up more about eplispsy, about food for babies... Not so stressfully now.. but boring.

Joelle birthday
Today is joelle birthday. My brother hold a chalet for her at downtown east, my family will be there except us. Because of janelle, she had fits again at 6pm. So we return home for her to rest.

Another 2 white teeth
Last week, when brushing Janelle teeth, i spotted 2 white spots on her lower gums.. ops.. another 2 teeth..
Everything is slow on her, but having teeth she is very fast.
Follow up with KKH
This morning we went back to KKH for following up appointment.
1.30pm with occupational therapist
Therapist commented that Janelle had some improvement but of cos, need to continue to guide her. Jx had stop tip toe, stop pushing herself backwards so often hence is able to sit without support for more than a min (not very good yet, still need to improve), she is able to stand with support.
Areas where need improvement are sitting, reaching out for things and crawling. She is only interested in her hand and nothing else, so difficult to train her on reaching out. Therapist had teaches me new steps to guide jx, my homework for this moth is guide and teach jx how to be on her four and up to a sitting position. let me find sometime to edit the video and will blog it later for reference.
2.30pm with DrC
Janelle had improvement, she was seizure free for about 2 weeks before breakthrough when she is start coughing. Dr says it is normal to have breakthrough when the child is sick, not necessary to be on fever, but not as often as 3 days a couple of times. haiz... and since Janelle is still having seizure every 3 days, we might need to go through another round of blood test to test the dosage in her body. if the medication level is already max in her body and yet cant control the seizure, we have to change another drug which consist of more side effect. One of the side effect of this new drug is kidney stones. mummy nearly breakdown.. but hanging there strong..
We waited for 1.5hours for collecting medication.. Am so so angry with the system, they will always skip our numbers. Yesterday i was so angry i went up to the pharmacist and asked how long more we have to wait.. and guess what, after she checked, she took her janelle medication from the drawer and says next one will be you... pianz.. if i didnt asked them, guess i will have to wait till the their closing hours. Kogan checked with the pharmacist and she says janelle medication can only be dispatch by snr.. angry..
on our journey back home, i told kogan that i have my reserve to go on to new drugs. before we go on changing drug, we will go for a second opinion with Dr Lee Wei Ling since she had returned to duty. Try to call her up, but you know, big shot like her will have me transfer phone after phone. After 3rd try, i told the reception that with the help of our ministry, I managed to get Dr Lee Wei Ling to returned my call in apr and agreed to follow up with my case in june when she is back to duty. And finally, the next transfer was her clinic assistant to return my call. and after that eveything is fast, they asked me to sign a consent form that allows NNI (national neuroscience institute) for accessing of the medical record for Janelle in KKH. And they mentioned that they will call me again for appointment dates after Dr Lee had review these reports.

Toys R Us
After so many years, today is the first time i walked into Toys R Us. Wah, so many toys in market which i didnt explored.. heee kind of mountain turtle huh. Am so envy with the kids these days, they have so fancy toys available. my time, hmm dont remember got any toys for me wor. Want to get a strawberry shortcake toy for Janelle, but cant find a single strawberry shortcake in UE2, disappointed. But I didnt leave Toy R Us with empty handed. :) got some toys for my Janelle.. heeee..
I was quite surprise, UE2 had turned to a place for children. There are schools (very crowded with children inside and parents waiting outside), shops for toys, shops that sells lots of children clothes, of cos restaurants for children fav ice-cream are all located in one shopping center. :) not sure if in future i will be one of the frequent mom there, saw some enrichment classes there which i think is good to let Janelle attend during her school holidays. woo, that's a long way still.

Yishun Safra Club - Level 2 (品食之家)
Went for the grand opening at 品食之家 @ Yishun Safra on Monday afternoon with Kogan, ramesh and 嫂嫂 to support my daddy and brothers.
Was having conf call in the morning till that very moment kogan came and fetch me for lunch at 品食之家. So didnt have time to make my hair.. pardon me for the messy hair :)

me and my sis, she insist to take a photo with me, guess she want to show off how tall she is.

Janelle down with cough
This morning, i heard Janelle coughing very hard and had pheglm, quickly woke up and check on her. My MIL think she is the one who passed the virus to JX and quickly pack her bag and went over to my bro-in-law to stay over till she recovered. haiz...
Brought her down to see Dr Lim, and she commented that Jx is having very cough and she is too young for cough medicine, so only prescribe some medicine to clear her pheglm and airway.
Mummy now very worried. I afraid her cough will worsen the seizure. my goodness.. so angry with my MIL, know herself sick, should stay away from Janelle... And asked her go and see specialist, still refused and quarrel with Kogan.. Gave us so much trouble

Run away from home?
After coming to 2 weeks of seizure-free, Janelle had the first seizure this morning. My heart and hope dropped to the rock bottom.
Throughout the whole morning, my mil face was black. She and kogan started to quarrel again in front of Janelle before i put her in for morning nap, and once she settled in for her morning nap, she had seizure. Sometime i wonder what's wrong with these 2 person and if JX seizure impacted by them? One day with no quarrel will killed either one of them. haiz... sometime i really don't understand those old people too, when her son see that she is not feeling well and want to bring her back to the specialist again, she throw a huge temper and insist to change to those cheap doctor.. when we keep quiet and ignore her, she complaints to ppl that we don't bother, we didnt care for her. How to be a good son and daughter in law?
And she want ppl to listen to her, she likes to give command.. this morning she give me more than one instruction but i just ignore:
1. she went market and bought breakfast for us, then she asked me to give jx some noodle, i say dont want, cos it is too salty.. then she replied never mind, she need to learn how to eat.. i ignored
2. after janelle mornning clear up, i put her in the bumbo chair instead of lying her on the mattress. she ask me to carry her to sit on the matteress and not to the chair... i replied, i want to read newspaper and ignored her.
3. when i reading my papers, she says "today is 15th, faster go and do jx things, later forget again.. i'm so pissed off then .. so i replied "wait till i finish my papers first", ignored her.
4. want to bring janelle back to the room for monring nap, she ask me again "faster go and take the namecard of the chinese phys i want to go and see him, not feeling very good".. i did, i put janelle back to the chair and go and get her the namecard
5. when carrying janelle back to the room with no single words from me. she goes again "you have to carry sideway" ignored and continue to walk to my room
see, just a morning, and it is within 1 hr from the point she back from market at 930am till janelle nap time 10.30am, she can gave me 5 comments.... i can see that her face is getting darker and darker till black lo..
At this point of time, i really wish that i can carry Janelle and run away from this home. sick of all these nonsense. I just want to have some peaceful days.. no quarrel, no temper and dont need to see ppl face, no command and live..

Seizure-free
Today is the 8th day janelle is having no seizure. I'm so so happy as it crossed the usual 3 days mark.
Janelle, well done. You have made mummy so proud of you. Let us continue to maintain in this way. Our next aim is a month, a year of seizure free and we can talk to dr chan to remove medicination. :) mummy is looking forward to it.
Once again, well done. Good girl.

Laughing at mummy
Yesterday night, I choked myself and coughing till my tears dropped and my naughty girl was there laughing at me non-stop...
