Intro new food

Yesterday morning, i went to supermarket and saw avocado, and i got it for janelle but who knows, the avocado is not ripe, so didnt intro avocado to her. hmm, how to choose avocado??

Wanted to intro Janelle some green veg, so thinking of broccoli. But when i surfing for steps to make broccoli puree, i came across this:
Broccoli is not a good choice for one of Baby's first vegetables as it may cause gas and may be a bit hard for a young infant to digest. Broccoli is best given to an infant between 8-10 months old.

Six to Eight (6-8) Months old

Continue mixing together the foods that you have already introduced without allergies or reactions 

Try a Banana-Cado mix of Bananas and Avocado for example

Continue with Rice

Barley

Oat

 

 

FRUITS

 

Apricots

Avocados

Nectarines

Peaches

Plums

Prunes

Pumpkin

Mangos

 

 

VEGGIES

Parsnips (8 months)

 

 

PROTEIN

 

Chicken

Turkey

Tofu

*8 Months for Meats/Protein


DAIRY

 

Plain -Whole MilkYogurt (NOT whole milk for a drink!) 

* 8 months or when your pediatrician says it's ok
