a day off

chinese new year is coming, and i have yet to do up my hair and buy new year clothes. so took urgent leave today and went to 卡麗啦 with caiyu to do up our hair. as there are chemical apply to the hair, i afraid the chemical will into my bloodstream n to the breast milk.. tot some ppl says it wouldnt, but some says i would.. to be on the safe side.. i didnt feed janelle with breastmilk, i pumped and throw away the breastmilk in this 24 hrs. kind of wasted,but no choice for her Heath. And this mummy need to dress up, looked so 黄脸婆 so i need to do something to myself.. else i feel more depress.

my new hair style:

caiyu finished perming her hair earlier then me, so she went to fetch mummy and joey at chong fu and returned back to salon to pick me up. We went to fetch joelle from school. Yes!! 妹妹上學了。the first reaction she saw us, she smile and tell her teacher 阿麼。姑姑。she wanted to run towards us, but teacher stop her as the class had not ended... they just having their toilet break. i took a photo for her.. cute cute...

after fetching joelle, we went to bugis street to buy cny clothes.. wa.. the clothes there are cheap.. all selling at $10.. pianz.. why still need to spree from taiwan or go bangkok?? go bugis street can liao. i bought a dress and a top there.. guess is enough for my new year.. hmm... still missing of shoe.. hmm...

returned home after shopping, and my maid told me that janelle had just flip by herself. ai yo i missed that. but great to hear that she can flip already...

xmas dinner with 10 years old friends

A late update: On 19 Dec, we went for yakitori dinner ar Far East Plaza. The first dinner we have after having janelle... Really enjoy gather together to gossip. :) this year we have a special guest - Perline.. :)

When i saw the photos on jess's blog, I find myself looked horrible and look like i'm still pregnant with 3 months.. haiz.. i have to work harder or spent money to say tummy good bye.

Janelle with mil in the night

My mil is kind enough to help mr take care of janelle tonight after she see me not having enough sleep yesterday. Actally I prefer to tale care of her myself. If I didn't returned home late yesterday, and she had moved her big matteress to the living room, I would bring janelle in with me. Haiz.

She woke at 12 for milk. My mil warm breastmilk for janelle, and top up with formula milk. While she is in my room making fm, i went out to carry janelle. And i gabe her the feed. Then i realised that She used the same bottle to make fm. I asked her and told her off. Next time cannot cos don't want 2 type of milk mix together. She kind of not happy. Then I ask her how much she had made, she told me 1.5 scope, bianz. I say what 1/2? She say half scope, by estimate. I was so angry, I told her never do that again, i will be eithet too concentrate which hatnful to her kiney or too ciliate which she don't have the nutrial. Then she angry but she keep quiet. Bianz. Make me angry n now worried till I can't sleep.

now janelle starts to say something other then ah, er..

her first word is "ai ya".. *fainted*

Updated on 18 jan:My colleague told me ai ya had a silimar sound to ah ya in Malay which means daddy. Haa my girl pick up Malay? But when I told Kogan this, he so happy n say "see, told u alredy baby will call papa first"

Janelle's bank account

This afternoon, we brought janelle to north point for account opening.

We need to open a CDA account with either OCBC or standard chartered bank in order to get the one to one saving from government. We decided to go for OCBC which is more convenient for us.

Together with CDA account, we also open up one young saver account for janelle. this will used to save her angbao money.

 

Last day of 2008

Janelle took a nap at 9pm and woke up at 10pm,  refused to sleep till 1am.

guess she wanted to join us in counting down for 2009 :)
