Knowing him for the past 10 years, as very thrifty man. He is a person always saving money and always prepared for the worst. But this year he told me this year we should live luxury and he want to buy this and that, change this and that. Hmmm kind of not use to it and feeling insecure.
After a chat with him, realized that he gave up our dream after the 7% stamp duty implementation for 2nd property. Haiz, why a man can give up so easily by a small stone while he already accomplished the bigger one. Man!!!
