Pastry chefs from both hotels are teaming up to bake 10,000 delectable Valrhona Chocolate Banana cakes (500g each) and proceeds will go towards sending medical and support volunteers from Singapore to our Asian neighbours to assist with the treatment of children suffering from cleft lips, cleft palates and other facial conditions.
