After 10 weeks of keto.. Results

How time flies and here's my report book:

My Keto O/S came in a month ago, so every morning I'm adding Keto O/S to my diet to boost the ketones level up or to have a little of carbs without kicking me off the ketones. Will share more about Keto O/S in my next post.

Actually, my weight climbing down very slowly for this one month. It had been up and down within that 56kg range but I would say it does dropped about 0.5-1kg in this month. My best weight was 55.2kg but lasted for 2 days and it went back to 56kg range after the weekend. I have to admit that I'm did not follow a strict keto diet, I have cheat meals every weekend cos accompanied my husband and Janelle eating out. But I tried to keep 3 days for exercise a week, one day for a quick run (20-30min on the treadmill) and one day for swimming (30min) and one day for long-distance (5km hiking) within a week.





Although my weight didn't drop a lot, my tummy does. I can feel my pants are not as tight as before and I have colleagues coming and telling me I'm slimmed down. So visually I did slim down even the weight doesn't reflect so. :)

It's not really that difficult of not having carbs.. but some times will have craving for ramen, instant noodle.. usually, I listen to my craving, but will try to control if I have done too many cheat meals for that week. Looking forward to my 55kg mark, jiayou jiayou...

Anyway, weight is just a number, no stress.... I want to look good, so weight doesn't really matter to me, i dont bring weighting machine out to show or telling ppl about my weight..
