Thanks god it's Friday
30th July, 2010 - Friday
Had been super busy this week... Was on conf call after conf call, I'm like always on my phone with my laptop running around. Fetch janelle to school, to hospital for follow up, to in laws place.. Really exhausted me.
Really thanks god it's Friday, finally can take some relax time to unwind myself.
One happy thing for today... Today janelle started her first OT in school. Tr did an assement on her, overall was good. A reminder from tr Just need to give her more exproses with less help given. She need to figure out how to do it herself n not depend on ppl. Also, she is mow ready to walk n stand more to build up other strighten her back.

Universal Studio Singapore
27th July 2010, Tuesday
Today, my BFF marked her 30th Hatched Day. To celebrate her hatched-day, amanda and myself specially took a day leave to accompany her to USS.
Our dearest Amanda, as usual the kindest lady volunteer to be our driver of the day. She came and fetch us every morning and even bought us breakfast.. Thanks amanda, you are so so sweet..
Kungfu Panda was the first escort to greet us and kicked start all our excitement in USS. Amanda was so happy and excited when she her "friend"..
Then followed by Queueing and Queueing for rides and shows in USS. The 4-D sherks was good, it is a must catch show when you are in USS. the movement, the wind, the water and the spiders which made me screamed
We had a huge turkey's leg for lunch.. see, isnt it huge, it's about my arm size...
Over the lunch, they are so into who is the 狼 and who is the 虎。Just because i said they 狼吞虎咽 finished up their food while me and joanna are taking our own sweet time enjoying our lunch.... lol..
Over the dinner, Amanda and Jess was teasing Joanna with what she did during the mummy's ride:

We went for almost all the rides... the never missed ride - "Mummy" a short and exciting roller coaster.. haaa.. there was photo shots taken during one of the scariest part... and 3 of us had the same reaction - eyes closed and mouth big big screaming and laughing all the way... but we totally cant find jess's sis - Joanna face on that photo... wondering why huh....
Over the dinner, Amanda and Jess was teasing Joanna with what she did during the mummy's ride:
We had our dinner at a Korean's BBQ Restaurant at East Coast Park... We ended our day with a cake specially bought by jess's brother from a last day operation cake shop... haaaa... no matter how he tried to explain his effort in getting a cake for Jess, he was shoot back by Jess..
Jess: "Why my cake is no better than Joanna?"
HR: "Yours cost me $25 leh.. but Joanna was $28"
Jess: "See, why Joanna got a better cake me"
HR: "You know yours is a cake that you can never have again, cos it is closing down today"
Jess: "Worst, from a closing down shop... "
Jess: "Worst, from a closing down shop... "
The more HR tried to explain, the more he get into trouble.. haaa.. although, Jess was trying to shoot HR, but can tells that she is very happy deep inside her.. just make to make fun of him.. :) The dinner was filled with laughter and laughter..
I had a great time today... HAPPY BIRTHDAY MS SZE... :) Wish You Good Health and Happiness always.

Singapore Flyer

To fulfil promise to me from my husband, he brought us to sg flyer. Since it launched, this is the first time we step into it. ;) however, guess maybe Janelle was excitied and refused to take her nap. As the result, the scheduled was messed up. And need to rush back for her evening nap. But it was a great outing. Looking forward for the next one.

Now Janelle is able to crawl almost everywhere.. and starts to pull my wires, wii, telephone and watch TV very near.. Thinking to get a play yard to close her up.. and but also to give her rooms to crawl and stand, so i'm looking at an extension of the below... to 4+2 (6 panel) which gives her a 2200 x 1100 x 600 space... but measured my living room, the space only got 2500 x 1098 (2cm short) do u think i can put it in?? hmm.. wait for the supplier to return my message..

Now getting my maid to accompany Janelle into the pool as there are more children for the 2 teacher to handle:

Took time off from work cos my mom was having fever, help her to fetch my niece and do run do some marketing. Brought Joey to sit in Janelle's class after our marketing shopping.. and just nice for her soft play time... have quite a while didnt accompany janelle for class as busying with work.
I see janelle improvement when playing with her in softplay room.. Now she can crawl almost every where in softplay.. She can crawled up to the "tunnel" and went across it without us doing much encouagement... with teacher helps, she can crawl up the slope and throw herself into the ball pits. In the ball pits, now she dare to make a little bit of movement. In the past, when i put her in, she will freeze, dont dare to move at all.
Good job, janelle.. Mummy love to see each improvement.

Didn't do much on this day too, just a simple another day.. my "candle night dinner" was with Janelle having my maid cooked curry fishhead together. Janelle enjoyed the curry fish head too. simple and nice...
yesterday night a volunteer dropped by doing house-to-house funding for singapore cancer society. the first time that guy asked me was "are you an air stewardess? you have the SQ girl feel" haaa.. what a joke right but it's make me good.. :P

Marc's wedding

Once a while, known for 10+ years poly mates will still meeting up for a dinner and that's always happened on someone's wedding. Today is the handsome-ed + man-ed marcus wedding:
They are the first bride n groom I know that bring chairs around each table for socialing with the guests. Yes, they can't even bothered to stand... They took the chairs from one table to another... I doubt u can find the 2nd couple like them... They are really meant for each other...

OMG, my birthday is coming
2nd July 2010, Friday...
I just received an letter from ICA, reminding me my birthday is coming and yes i'm getting old... soon going to says good bye to my twenties.. haaa.. need to slim down abit more to take photo for my IC.. haaaa give me 1 mth..
Yesterday, i sit down and recall what i had done on my twenties... quite a bit of milestone.. i got my driving lesson, my first car.. first time went oversea alone and stayed there for 2 years for my degree... found my first job.. know my husband, settled down and have janelle.. got our first flat..
of cos, there are also alot of things i want to do and i didnt do it... like pick up dancing (i just not a dance person), earn my $1M (haiz, with this job.. is like never will happen), get a condomine etc etc. Now it's time to set my goal for 30's.
hmmm... Birthday Wishes - Top from my list is definately for janelle....
hub promised me to bring me to SG flyers on my birthday... but he is now outstation for dont know how long. stressing oversea for his projectss.. haiz... shall i go up myself with Janelle???
things i want to do: haaa.. is want.. not need... this week, i will like to fufil all the things that i want to do
1. Full body massage for my aching body and legs - done 1 July
2. Medicure and Pedicure - done 1 July
3. Get myself a iphone 4... - registered.. still waiting for it to reach SG
4. Get myself a channel necklace
5. Get myself organized and restart my 30's
and a lots more... but no time to type it out... busy busy busy month ahead... cheers.

I'm back with a pair of aching legs
1st July 2010, Thursday
I'm back.... Went to Dalian for work n hk overweek for holiday with my family. Dalian trip was quite good enjoying each big lunch n dinner without worring my pocket. Hk was kind of disappointed cos was raining non- stop during the days I'm there. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed this short break.

After touched down in sg, hub fly off to hk next day early morning. Leaving me n my tireness.. Am just so so tired, not enough sleep, aching leg.. Backlog from work, workshop n presentation. And Monday is Janelle school reopen days... Omg so so many things to do. Every night, once Jx fall asleep, I will throw myself to the bed n went off to deep sleep shortly. Not able to find extra time n energy to do mask.
Today Thursday, took a day off, to give myself some recharge n settled some documentation. We are now at kkh, for jx ultrasound to check if there is any kidneystones... Now waiting to see doctor in an hour time for the result.. Mommy super blur, camt find the forms, forgot to bring her stroller.. Having a hard time carrying her here n there... I have no choice but to bring her to the car for her morning nap while wIring for the nurse to call me when the doctor is ready to see us.
